  I always thought really good things about this company until today. I actually work at a shop we just had to go pay $140 to get one of our customers car out of there tow yard that they impounded. Their reasoning was it was on private property for more than 12 hours. One fact is it simply was not on private property it was on the side of the road which is the city easement. Another fact is The car was broke down for 2 hours on the side of the road. We went over there attempted to move the vehicle and it was running too poorly So we left it there and immediately called another tow company to tow the vehicle to our shop. Our tow company got there and the vehicle was gone. Towed by Arrow which stated the vehicle was on private property for more than 12 hours which is a flat out lie. Fact of the matter is they stole that car. The police department did not call them. There was no property owner that could have called them because it was on city property. So Arrow Towing y'all are a bunch of crooks.
